Return and Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns

We take pride in offering high-quality cosmetic and wellness products. However, due to the nature of our products (facewash, scrubs, lotions, hair oils, pain oils, etc.), returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
  • The product is within its original packaging, unused, and unsealed (if applicable).

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

Items Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Used or opened cosmetic products.
  • Products without original packaging or tampered seals.
  • Products purchased on sale/discount unless they are damaged or defective.

Return Process

If your order meets the above conditions:

  1. Email us at info@cerotichealthcare.com or use the Contact Us form.
  2. Include your order ID, product details, and clear photos of the item (if damaged/defective).
  3. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be initiated after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • In case of prepaid orders where products are unavailable, a full refund will be issued.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange, you may return the product (if eligible) and place a new order.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
